Taste is a skill, and most people have never been taught to use it properly. I help food businesses to sensory analyse their current products to better understand how to improve them, and I help to create detailed sensory descriptors of products they want to build so they can translate them better to brief suppliers, flavour houses, factories etc. I run bespoke, interactive sensory workshops designed for the people in food businesses who matter most to product quality: from those writing the briefs to those signing off on the factory line, and everyone in between.
